Bridge View Center has a total of up to six break out spaces, each able to seat 100. Five of these can be combined in different configurations allowing the ability to scale the meeting space to your needs. Pre-function space overlooks the Des Moines River.

The exposition hall divides into three 10,000 sq ft. sections each able to handle up to 500 guests for a banquet or meeting. 32' high ceilings allow large exhibits and equipment to be easily displayed. Access is convenient through a drive in dock and two semi trailer bays.

Bridge View's theater is the perfect location for general sessions and lectures. With its state of the art multi-format video projection and sound system, the theater is ready to take your presentation to the next level.

Filled with the history and character of a property built in 1917, the Hotel Ottumwa provides value and service with 7,000 feet of flexible meeting space with amenities including high-speed Internet access. The Grand Ballroom features hardwood maple floors, crystal chandeliers, and a built-in sound system. The mezzanine level outside the ballroom works for casual dining or a reception area, while six meeting rooms can each accommodate groups of 10 to 100.

The KD Center underwent significant renovation in 1991 and 1992, as area residents came together to save a building which was on the brink of demolition. Located one block south of Highway 16 in downtown Eldon, the space is used for festivals, events, and meetings. A shelter house is also on the site of the KD Center.

Unlike many bed and breakfast inns, Oak Meadow Delight has a meeting room, The Harvest Room, with 900 square feet. The space is appropriate for wedding dinners, family reunions, and company meetings. Depending on the need, groups can use an outside caterer. In addition, the inn features a terraced garden with a waterfall and patio area for outside functions.

Just off of Business Highway 63 in north Ottumwa, the Quality Inn features a 400 square-foot meeting room which can accommodate up to 42 in a theatre layout, 28 in a classroom layout, or 10 in a board room layout.
